I followed both https://connect.nrwl.io/app/cookbook/7gUJgl9zOMuiZBYFN2KzEU and https://angular.io/guide/service-worker-getting-started (essentially the same) but when I put Chrome offline and refresh the page, the worker doesn’t :drum_with_drumsticks: work Nrwl Connect
