guy, wtf… something strange… havent created a new library for a while, now when I run nx g lib mylib I get Path "/libs/mylib/tsconfig.lib.prod.json" does not exist.

deleted node_modules and package-lock… now it works

Weird. I would have kept your lock file though and just upgraded the one package

why is the lock file important again?
